We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B and B2C sales and delegate acquisition for our conferences and summits. The role involves engaging with C-suite leaders (CXOs), senior executives, and industry professionals, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sales channels.
Drive B2B (Corporate Sales) and B2C (Individual Sales) activities.
Acquire delegates for conferences, summits, and networking events by reaching out to C-suite leaders, senior decision-makers, and industry professionals.
Sell delegate passes, training programs, event registrations, sponsorship, and exhibition packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
Identify and engage CXOs, Directors, Vice Presidents, Heads of Departments, and other key decision-makers across various industries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event and networking solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delegate registration and event experience.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Delegate Acquisition, Event Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
