Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product details and requirements.
• Maintain customer data and sales records in Excel sheets.
• Support sales and business growth activities through effective communication.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Requirements:
• Hindi communication is mandatory (spoken).
• Female candidates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in customer handling and follow-ups.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
