Loan Sales

We are looking for a INTERN GOLD LOANS to join our team RUPEEK CAPITAL PVT LTD. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 12,700 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in promoting gold loan products to prospective customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and customer interactions.

• Explain gold loan features, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.

• Support branch staff in customer onboarding and documentation.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding loan inquiries.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Help achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is GRADUATION and FRESHER. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in SALES is an added advantage.
