About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team at ShiftEazy, a growing platform that connects packers and movers with verified customers. Your main job will be to sell leads packages to logistics and moving vendors, helping them grow their business while ensuring strong vendor relationships for ShiftEazy.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to packers and movers vendors via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings to pitch ShiftEazy’s verified lead plans.
Explain lead quality, pricing models, and benefits of joining the platform.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to closure and onboarding.
Maintain and update vendor details, payment status, and lead plan usage.
Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement and renewals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth lead delivery and vendor satisfaction.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
