Key Responsibilities
• Search, identify, and download relevant tenders from GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Manage end-to-end GeM tendering activities, from tender evaluation to final submission.
• Prepare and submit Technical Bids, Commercial Bids, and Price Bids within deadlines.
• Handle GeM registration, product approval, brand approval, and catalog management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical, and Management) to collect
required documents and information.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, government procurement guidelines, and company policies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and provide clarifications as required.
• Manage EMD, Security Deposits, Bank Guarantees (BG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), FDRs, DDs, and related documentation.
• Perform L1 Carting, order processing, invoice uploading, and order management on the GeM portal.
• Maintain records of tender submissions, bid openings, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
• Track tender schedules and maintain a tender calendar for upcoming opportunities.
