We are looking for an experienced Business Sales Manager to lead and grow a sales team of 8–12 members in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, drive business growth, and possess experience in financial product sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–12 sales professionals.
• Drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve sales productivity.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales team members.
Preferred Industry
Mutual Funds, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Services.
Candidate Profile
• at least 2–3 years of team handling experience.
• Must have experience in Mutual Funds, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Strong leadership, sales management, and business development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
