We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Female Sales professionals to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, are interested in sales, and want to build a career in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and explain Teertham's products and services.

• Generate and qualify leads through customer calls.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into bookings.

• Maintain regular communication with potential customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

• Update customer details, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer bookings.

• Share customer feedback and sales insights with the reporting manager.
  
  Eligibility & Skills:

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of Hindi and/or English.

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or business development will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
