The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing leads and channel partners, guiding the sales team, and coordinating closely with CRM, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure smooth closures and revenue growth.
Drive sales through walk-ins, marketing leads, channel partners, and referrals
Convert qualified leads into bookings via structured follow-ups and negotiations
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and customer briefings Manage channel partner (broker) onboarding, engagement, and incentive settlements
Coordinate with CRM & Legal teams for bookings, agreements, and registrations
Track and manage the complete sales funnel (lead → visit → booking → agreement)
Monitor competition, pricing trends, and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly targets
