Full Time
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor individual sales performance, conversion, average bill value and productivity.
Allocate daily targets and responsibilities to team members.
Ensure proper customer handling, product presentation and selling standards.
Drive cross-selling and upselling of watches, eyewear and accessories.
Conduct daily morning briefings and performance reviews.
Track enquiries, follow-ups and lost customers to improve conversion.
Ensure discipline, grooming and SOP compliance on the sales floor.
Train team members on product knowledge and sales skills.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with Store Manager regarding stock, displays, promotions and operational issues.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports for management.
