Job Summary:  

 
To identify and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. They focus on building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. To play a key role in collaborations with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.  

  

Roles: 

 

  • To create brand value and help to increase sales revenue of company. Driving revenue growth and expanding market reach for a company. To identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. Also they have to do market research, lead generation, sales planning, and collaborating with various teams etc. to achieve business objectives.  

 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Sales Strategy – To use developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue. To focused on identifying, counselling, and converting leads into clients, ultimately driving revenue growth. With understanding the target market, compelling value propositions, clear vision with the sales process, and make strong relationships with potential clients.  

 

  • Client Counselling – Need to analysis of the client for better understanding. Involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship building, and sales techniques. Like potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them well for their future with this business, before start the presentation they must develop relationships, and work towards converting them into sales or partnerships. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success etc.  

  • Rapo Building – To create good value of company and BDM, make good professional relation with client. The process of establishing a positive and trusting relationship with potential clients, partners. Create a connection based on mutual respect, understanding, and open communication, which can significantly increase the successful business outcomes.  

 

 

  • Market Research – Find advantages and disadvantages of other brands to innovation in company growth. Provides the data and insights needed to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. To gathering and analyzing information about a market, including its customers, competitors, other brands and overall industrial businesses, to make strategic decisions and discuss with the team and authorities for better business development. Some market strategies or ideas have to develop in organization, promoting the products and advertisements. 

 

 

  • Finance Management – He is responsible for individual sales ratio analysis after every month and generated sales for company individually and improve sales skills accordingly. He must do financial management involves understanding how financial decisions impact business growth, revenue and profitability? 

  • With using strategically financial resources to support business development activities, assess potential leads. This includes loans, investments, partnership process to healthy-wealthy partnerships with leads.  

 

 

  • Reporting – BDM must analyze daily, weekly, monthly performance tracking on individual level. Tracking and analyzing key responsible area (KRA) and key performance indicators (KPI) related to sales, revenue, and customer acquisition, their business mindset, strategically plans, innovative tasks,(Hot,Medium,Cold)etc. leads sorting as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Must create reports that outline the progress of their initiatives, highlight areas of success and potential challenges, and contribute to strategic decision-making for future growth of company.
