Sales Manager – SME Loans

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive SME loan business across Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and close SME/Business Loan opportunities with ticket sizes of ₹50 Lakh–₹5 Crore.

• Develop relationships with SME promoters, business owners, CAs, CSs, Advocates, Tax Consultants, DSAs and other referral partners.

• Source Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Term Loans, Invoice Discounting and Refinancing cases.

• Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

• Understand and assess basic borrower financials including ITR, GST, bank statements and existing loans.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel/referral partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Build and manage a small sales team as the business expands.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, Invoice Discounting or related financial services.

• Experience with Bank, NBFC, DSA or FinTech preferred.

• Strong sales, business development, relationship management and closing skills.

• Existing professional/referral network in Delhi NCR preferred.

• Good understanding of SME lending and basic financial analysis.

• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹5–6 LPA + Uncapped Performance Incentives
