We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing channel partners, planning marketing activities, and coordinating with banking and legal teams to ensure smooth closures.
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies for real estate projects
Lead site sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly & annual sales targets
Manage and motivate sales executives and channel partners (CPs)
Plan and execute digital marketing, site promotions, events, and campaigns
Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners for home loan assistance
Ensure proper documentation, booking process, and post-sales coordination
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis
Monitor competitor activities and suggest pricing & promotional strategies
Maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers
Strong knowledge of real estate sales, marketing, and CRM systems
Complete understanding of home loans, banking processes, and insurance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience in handling channel sales & direct sales
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
