We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, site visit coordination, and closing property sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and property inquiries

• Generate leads through social media, calling, and references

• Explain project details to clients professionally

• Schedule and manage site visits

• Follow up with interested buyers and investors

• Maintain customer database and sales records

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales

• Ability to work with targets

• MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred

• Positive attitude and professional behavior

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

• Experience in sales or real estate preferred
