Role Overview

Professionals will be responsible for managing and optimizing real estate investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and delivering strategic advisory support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client investment portfolios

• Analyze real estate market trends and investment opportunities

• Advise clients on property acquisition and selling strategies

• Align portfolios with financial objectives

• Maintain strong client and developer relationships

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams

Qualifications

• Expertise in Investment Strategy and Portfolio Planning

• Strong understanding of Real Estate Market Analysis

• Client Relationship Management experience

• Financial Analysis and Home Loan Assistance knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with RERA compliance preferred

• Understanding of Vastu principles is an added advantage

Compensation and Benefits

Salary up to ₹1,00,000 per month based on experience and performance.
