We are looking for an energetic and professional individual to join our team and drive the growth of HEP Amrut, a premium brand of dry fruits and spices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Growth
• Achieve sales targets through B2B and B2C channels.
• Expand retail, wholesale, and corporate client base.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline + online).
• Build brand presence at events, exhibitions, and corporate platforms.
• Collaborate with designers/teams for promotional content.
• Premium Client Handling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
• Provide personalized service and manage repeat sales.
• Handle corporate gifting and customized client requirements.
• Staff Coordination (Sales Team)
• Guide and motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
• Train team members on product knowledge and client interaction.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG, Food & Beverages, or related industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English Proficiency is must) .
• Ability to handle premium clients and drive high-value deals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and leadership qualities.
