Negotiation: Act as a lead negotiator for purchase offers, ensuring favorable terms and prices for your clients.
Transaction Management: Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys to ensure all legal and financial paperwork is completed accurately.
Lead Generation: Proactively network and prospect for new buyer and seller leads to maintain a consistent pipeline.
Licensure: Active [State/Region] Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and "people" skills; able to build trust quickly.
