We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead our sales team in promoting and selling real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property site visits

• Follow up and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and market

dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings.
