We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager for our Dehradun branch.

The ideal candidate should

• have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales-management skills, along with a good understanding of the education/coaching industry.

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.

• Drive student enrollments for various courses, programs, and batches.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.

• Oversee leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, calls, seminars, and other channels.

• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.

• Identify and develop new sources of student acquisition.

• Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.

• Coordinate promotional activities such as seminars, career counseling sessions, open houses, scholarship tests, and education fairs.

This is full time role for Dehradun branch.
