We are looking for a hardworking Real Estate Agent who loves talking to people and finding new sales opportunities. In this role, your main job will be to make phone calls to people who might want to buy or sell a house. You will build trust with them, set up meetings, and help them through the whole process of buying or selling their property.
Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls: Call property owners and new leads every day to find people who want to buy or sell a home.
Talk to Leads: Ask friendly questions to find out what the customer needs, what their budget is, and when they want to move.
Handle Rejection: Stay positive and cheerful, even when people on the phone say "no."
Keep Notes: Update our computer system (CRM) with notes about your conversations so we can follow up later.
Close Deals: Show houses to clients, help them negotiate the price, and fill out the paperwork to finish the sale.
Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling or phone sales is highly preferred.
Great communication skills and a polite phone manner.
Good computer skills to track your daily work.
