Sales Manager Experience: 6+ Years Salary: Up to ₹12–13 LPA Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the sales/business development team • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth • Develop and execute sales strategies • Conduct client meetings, presentations and demos • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Drive business across international markets • Manage the sales pipeline and team performance • Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve targets Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development • Proven team management experience • Strong client-facing and presentation skills • International market experience is mandatory • Strong understanding of B2B sales and IT services • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
