We are currently looking to hire a Business Head for our premium coffee business based in Mumbai.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in scaling consumer businesses.
Position: Business Head
Location: Mumbai
Industry Preference: Coffee, FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, D2C
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall business growth and profitability (P&L ownership)
Develop and expand General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HORECA, and Distributor networks
Lead e-commerce growth across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other digital channels
Develop and execute business growth strategies
Build and lead high-performing sales and business development teams
Strengthen brand presence and drive market expansion
Candidate Profile:
6+ years of relevant experience
Strong exposure to FMCG, Coffee, Beverages, or Consumer Goods
Experience in sales, distribution, modern trade, e-commerce, and business expansion
Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility
