We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Bluebird Solar Pvt. Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals. Job Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales for solar products such as PV modules, inverters, and EPC solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and corporate clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Handle tenders, large-scale projects, and institutional sales
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, and finance) for smooth order execution
Manage payment follow-ups and collections
