Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Electrical Masters
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth handling of customer leads, proposals, and documentation. This role acts as the backbone between sales, operations, and customers, making sure everything moves efficiently from lead to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales representatives to manage and track customer leads
Upload and maintain lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Odoo)
Assist in preparing and organizing sales proposals and documents
Follow up with customers regarding quotes, documents, and next steps
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project status
Support the team with scheduling, documentation, and workflow updates
Ensure all required documents (photos, e-bills, forms) are collected and stored properly
Communicate with internal teams (compliance, installation, service) for smooth execution
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Help improve sales processes and customer experience
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Odoo preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads/projects
Problem-solving mindset
Basic understanding of solar/energy industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
