Sales Manager

About the Role:

Blue Pine Consulting is looking for experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Managers to join our growing team in sales for ultra-luxurious real estate projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a proven sales background.

Requirements:

• Spoken English is mandatory

• Minimum 4+ years of experience required

• Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

• Target-oriented mind-set

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for real estate projects

• Connect with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups

• Schedule and coordinate site visits

• Explain project details and convert leads into sales

• Maintain customer databases and sales reports

• Build long-term client relationships

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Monday
