🎯 Job Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and Channel Partners from the open market.
Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing channel partners to achieve business targets.
Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners.
Drive monthly sales targets and achieve assigned business metrics.

✅ Eligibility & Job Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in NBFC and DSA Channel Sales is mandatory.
Experience in Mortgage Products – Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred.

Own conveyance and a strong local industry network are preferred.
Fluency in the regional language will be an added advantage.

🎓 Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
