Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Home Loan, Personal Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loan and other retail lending products.

The candidate should be capable of generating business independently, developing a strong DSA network, building relationships with bankers and financial institutions, and generating quality leads through their own market connections.

Key Responsibilities

Generate self-sourced leads and business for Home Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans and other loan products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and other business partners.

Expand and manage the DSA/Channel Partner network in the assigned area.

Identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing of cases.

Monitor market trends, competition and identify opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

Relevant experience in Home Loans / LAP / Personal Loans / Business Loans / Retail Lending.

Proven experience in self-lead generation and DSA networking.

Strong market knowledge and established business relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidates:

Bankers, DSA professionals, Loan Sales professionals, and candidates with a strong existing DSA/Channel Partner network are encouraged to apply.
