Experience: 5–10 Years
l Job Description
l We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize the company’s property portfolio and ensure strong sales, revenue, and profitability.
l Key Responsibilities
l Manage and monitor multiple real estate projects and assets.
l Track sales, inventory, collections, revenue, and profitability.
l Analyze market trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities.
l Develop strategies for inventory sales and asset value enhancement.
l Prepare MIS, performance reports, and financial analysis for management.
l Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
l Identify new investment opportunities and manage portfolio risks.
l Support senior management in strategic business decisions.
l Candidate Profile
l 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Property / Investment Management.
l Strong knowledge of the NCR real estate market.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and management skills.
l Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and financial analysis.
l MBA/PGDM in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
l Salary: As per experience & industry standards
