Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

 Handling incoming and outgoing sales inquiries

 Conducting site visits, explaining project details to clients, and converting inquiries into bookings

 Following up with potential customers to close sales

 Maintaining strong relationships with clients

 Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of bookings and documentation

 Maintaining records of leads, follow-ups, and closed sales

Required Skills:

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Basic knowledge of sales process

 Ability to handle clients professionally

Preferred Candidate:

 Experience in sales preferred

 Immediate joiners will be given preference

 Presentable and confident personality

 Candidate must possess a personal vehicle

 Candidate should be a graduate

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience) + ₹15,000 incentive per unit sale
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)
