Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and
focus on selling fractional property ownership products. The ideal candidate will have
a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a good
understanding of basic mathematical concepts for calculating returns on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom meetings to present and sell fractional property ownership
products to leads generated online.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to build trust and
credibility.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our
products, answer questions, and close sales.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and handle any concerns or
objections.
Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property
ownership products.
Effectively communicate product benefits, investment returns, and market
trends to clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales

Education & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial
services, or investment products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to calculate and explain returns on investment using basic
mathematical skills.
Proficiency in using Zoom, CRM software, and other online communication
tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
