Location - Prahladnagar, Satellite, Ahmedabad (Online Sales via Zoom Meetings)

Job Type - Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and

focus on selling fractional property ownership products. The ideal candidate will have

a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a good

understanding of basic mathematical concepts for calculating returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct Zoom meetings to present and sell fractional property ownership

products to leads generated online.

 Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to build trust and

credibility.

 Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our

products, answer questions, and close sales.

 Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and handle any concerns or

objections.

 Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property

ownership products.

 Effectively communicate product benefits, investment returns, and market

trends to clients.

 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales

objectives.

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress

in the CRM system.

Education & Qualifications

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial

services, or investment products.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

 Ability to calculate and explain returns on investment using basic

mathematical skills.

 Proficiency in using Zoom, CRM software, and other online communication

tools.

 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal

supervision.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
