Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ability to help the organisation to grow by identifying and developing new international export business opportunities. We also look for individuals with integrity, a hunger for learning, an action-bias, ownership, and humility. Prior experience of international sales and proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in Health, Pharma or Beauty products will be preferable
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development: Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Developing and implementing growth strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, bulk mailing, and social media. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
Sales and Negotiation: Pitching products and/or services to potential clients. Negotiating with stakeholders and closing business deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working with the marketing team to develop custom sales and marketing strategies. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring performance against targets and reporting to senior management. Analyzing sales and marketing trends to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Basic understanding of International Sales / Exports (Nice to have)
Good business sense and industry expertise
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to work with tech tools such as Excel, mailchimp etc.
Ability to work with UK shift (01:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Experience & Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
