Sales Executive-Loan Against Property-Sales (D0) As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Loan Against Property division. Your primary objective is to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable financial products, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and success. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to promote Loan Against Property products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to offer tailored financial solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and timely loan disbursals. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth. Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions. Participate in sales meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to team strategies. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, fostering long-term relationships. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market dynamics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
