About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives for a leading brand in the ethnic wear retail segment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and customer service, and the ability to drive store sales while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Assist customers in selecting products and provide styling/product suggestions.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Handle billing support, product display, and merchandising activities.

Ensure store cleanliness, visual standards, and proper stock arrangement.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Support inventory management and stock audits.

Stay updated on ongoing promotions, offers, and new collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel/ethnic wear/fashion retail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach with strong selling skills.

Presentable personality and positive attitude.

Comfortable working in shifts and during weekends/festive seasons.

Basic understanding of retail operations and POS billing systems is preferred.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
