Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable electronic products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products in the store.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Keep updated knowledge about new electronic products and offers.
Prepare bills and coordinate with the billing team if required.
Maintain stock information and inform the manager when stock is low.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of electronic products (Mobile, TV, Accessories, etc.).
Customer handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
