Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Participate in trade shows or exhibitions if required.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
