a. Identify, generate, and develop business leads from existing and new clients.
b. Deal with clients for services related to statutory compliances, manpower, funding,
real estate and software (hardware, software and cloud) solutions.
c. Cross-selling services between TCM Service Mart and their associate business
verticals, to maximize business opportunities.
d. Clearly communicate service offerings, scope, and value propositions to clients in
English, as required.
e. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and delivery
of services.
f. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update daily records of client interactions
and progress.
g. Support digital marketing activities including Google business page promotions,
feedback collection, and online visibility initiatives.
h. Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue
growth of the organization.
i. To provide timely updates, reports, and documentation as required by HR department
authorities.
j. Follow compliances and fill google form as shared by HR department on daily basis.
k. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time in the interest of
business operations.
