Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for residential construction projects.

• Convert potential leads into clients and successful projects.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits.

• Build strong business relationships with architects, brokers, and consultants.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with potential clients.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and branding activities.

• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of sales and business development.

• Understanding of the residential construction or real estate industry is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing.

• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
