We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at at Keymantra Consulting Llp. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹80,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, digital channels, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, developers, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties, projects, or investment opportunities.
Conduct property/project presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
Develop strategic partnerships with brokers, channel partners, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
