Designation: In-House Sales Executive –
For Makhana Business (Work From Home)
Industry: Food / FMCG – Makhana (Fox Nuts)
Work Mode: Work From Home
Preferred Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls related to makhana products
• Manage and respond to IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email, and website inquiries
• Share product details, grades, pricing, MOQ, packaging options, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and send quotations and follow-up for order closure
• Perform cold calling to wholesalers, retailers, distributors, bulk buyers and direct customers.
• Generate new leads and close sales over telecalling
• Coordinate with internal team like with field sales team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain customer database and update lead status
• Submit daily / weekly sales reports in prescribed format
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth
Candidate Profile
• Female candidate shall be preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good English and Hindi communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented
• Experience in FMCG / food products / agri-products sales preferred
• Prior experience handling IndiaMART inquiries is an added advantage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience.
