Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team at PrepLadder. The

ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base through effective

communication and relationship-building over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential or existing customers to promote PrepLadder’s courses and services through

outbound calls using predefined scripts.

• Understand customer needs, pitch relevant offerings, and effectively close sales.

• Accurately process sales and maintain detailed call records.

• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion.

• Achieve and exceed daily call targets and sales quotas.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 - 3 years in telesales or a similar outbound calling role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Prior experience in EdTech, consumer tech, or startup ecosystem is preferred

• Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
