Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Aquarium Retail Store

Store: SEA & RIVER Aquarium Shop
Location: Satya Vihar, Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in selecting fish, aquariums, accessories, medicines, and related products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.

• Learn about different fish species, aquarium equipment, medicines, feeds, and maintenance practices.

• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.

• Handle billing, stock arrangement, and daily store operations as required.

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• 1-hour lunch break provided.

• Rotational weekly off.

• No weekly offs on Saturdays and Sundays.

• No leave during major festivals and peak business periods, as customer footfall is significantly higher during these times.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to learn about aquarium products and aquatic life.

• Positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a customer-facing environment.

• Punctual, responsible, and committed to long-term employment.
