We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing insurance advisory team, drive recruitment, and generate consistent business.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents

Build a strong, active team and drive productivity

Support team in client meetings, lead generation & policy closing

Achieve business targets through team performance

Train and mentor advisors on sales strategies, products & client handling

Ensure persistency and long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in insurance, BFSI, or sales team handling

Strong network and ability to attract quality candidates

Leadership mindset with hands-on approach

Target-driven and self-motivated personality
