Explain products, services, pricing, benefits, and application methods to prospective customers. Coordinate with the sales team and schedule customer meetings/demonstrations. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until conversion. Prepare quotations, product information, and basic sales proposals. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions. Conduct market research to identify new customers and opportunities in the agriculture/organic sector. Coordinate with technical/agriculture experts to address customer queries. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. Maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, institutions, and other customers.
