We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Radiant. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and engage potential customers through calling and lead-based sales activities.

• Present and explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, and offers to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

• Collect and verify required customer information and documents as per company guidelines.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status, verification, and approval.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, applications, sales activities, and daily performance reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
