About the Role

Quartier Studio is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Identify and qualify potential clients.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.

• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Update CRM/sales reports and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Sales or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred

• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate sales will be an added advantage.
