Key Responsibilities
· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers in rural areas to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Actively promote new and pre-owned vehicles, and associated financing solutions, to achieve sales targets in specific rural territories.
· Conduct regular field visits to farmers, rural communities, and other potential customers to understand their needs and introduce the dealership's offerings.
· Educate customers on various vehicle models and explain financing options, including loans and insurance, to help them make informed decisions.
· Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Keep abreast of local market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback in rural areas to inform strategies and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
· Potentially collaborate with and support local rural dealers or community leaders to expand reach and facilitate vehicle sales.
· Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring healthy financial engagement and driving growth for financing products.
