Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing Hunter Account Director to drive net-new enterprisebusiness for Pi Commerce. This is a pure hunting role focused entirely on acquiring largeenterprise logos, owning complex end-to-end sales cycles, and driving meaningful revenuegrowth.Operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer engagement, you will be responsible forpositioning a highly differentiated platform directly to CXOs and executive leadership teamsacross a diverse range of industries. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from initial prospecting and discovery tocommercial negotiation and closure. Drive new logo acquisition aggressively across large enterprises (BFSI, Retail, Telecom,Healthcare, etc.). Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline through outbound hunting, professionalnetworking, and strategic account mapping. Lead CXO-level conversations, masterfully articulating business value propositions aroundAI-led customer engagement. Conduct deep, consultative discovery to thoroughly understand client challenges acrossengagement, retention, and communication systems. Collaborate closely with internal Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to architecttailored technical solutions and custom demos. Lead RFP/RFQ responses, comprehensive proposal development, and high-valuecontract/commercial negotiations. Position Pi Commerce strategically as a large-scale business transformation platform,distinct from transactional messaging or simple campaign tools. Maintain absolute CRM discipline, ensuring highly accurate revenue forecasting and clearpipeline hygiene. Represent Paytm at major industry events, critical client summits, and high-profile strategicforums. What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of elite track record in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / MarTech / AI platformenterprise sales. Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals characterized by multi-stakeholder structures and extended sales cycles. A fierce, dedicated hunter mindset with clear evidence of high performance in new businessand net-new logo acquisition. Extensive experience engaging, pitching to, and building long-term trust with CXOs,business heads, and digital/marketing leaders. An ability to sell consultatively, naturally translating deep operational business problems intoelegant, technology-led solutions. Strong commercial acumen equipped with expert-level proficiency in deal structuring, riskmanagement, and commercial negotiations. Thrived and demonstrated high comfort levels working in fast-paced, fluid, and high-growthorganizational environments.
