Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for exhibition stands, kiosks, retail displays, and event
builds based on client briefs, drawings, and specifications.
• Analyze design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to determine material,
labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers, contractors, and production teams.
• Work closely with the Sales, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure
accurate and competitive proposals.
• Prepare quotations and cost breakdowns within specified deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in cost estimation within the exhibition, fit-out, events, or
related industries.
• Strong understanding of exhibition stand fabrication, carpentry, metal works,
graphics, lighting, AV, and installation processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
