We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
