Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Car Loan.

• Guide customers about loan products, eligibility, documents, and interest rates.

• Collect and verify required documents from clients.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.

• Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

• Achieve monthly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain proper records and update CRM regularly.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream).

• Experience in loan sales or telecalling preferred (Freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking and finance.
