Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential franchise partners through cold calls, networking, and field visits.
Pitch the franchise model effectively and present the business proposal.
Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and demographics for franchise expansion.
Assist franchisees through the onboarding process — from inquiry to agreement signing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into long-term business partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports and forecasts for franchise growth.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the franchise.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in franchise development, B2B sales, or channel sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
